Return policy

If you want to return goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. We try to satisfy our customers and often are able to sort out  problem through our technical support .However, if you are still unsatisfied with the item, you can request a return, repair or replacement under our Return Policy.

 Return and partial refund

There are  3 demands for returning the order as follows.

1、If we deliver the wrong goods/ size /color,you're required to photo the goods for sending picture to us by e-mail.

2、If it's because of the poor quality of our products(except the  human factors or avoidable damages),you're required to photo the goods  for sending to us.

3、If the size you chose is not suitable for yourself,we can't return /change the goods for you. If you insist,the freight must be on your account.

If you request to return the purchased items because of the reasons above,you need to send back  the products to us in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back ,  we will deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order and give you a partial refund.
